I have no idea how anybody may write a detrimental overview concerning the Sanctuary Cap Cana Resort. It was unbelievable experience. Went there on my honeymoon with my wife, and could not have find a better place to stay. We did the all inclusive package deal, and did not pay for a thing. The staff at Sanctuary was more like household; everybody was there to be sure to had the perfect experience of your life. From Carlos and Bernardo, to Kelvin, Rolando, Mickey, Rocky, Eddie, Bambino, Maria, and so many more, it would be unimaginable to discover a better staff. I have no idea how people might be so completely satisfied all of the time. Their motto "every part is feasible" is spot on. You can order something on or off the menu (food or drink) and they will get it for you.
There are 5 restaurants on the resort and all have great food. Just one or two are open at night for dinner, however they change it up so you may expertise the entire totally different types of food (stir fry, seafood, steakhouse, and so on).
I read a previous overview about how somebody complained that the beach was soiled; it's a little bit but it's not such as you can not go on the beach. The sand is the softest, whitest sand you'll ever find. Also, the resort hires out a company who has 6-8 guys every single day cleaning up the seaside as finest they can. Plus, everybody stays at the foremost pool anyways and goes to the pool aspect tiki bar. On a regular basis there are totally different activities (volleyball, bocce ball, darts, water ballon throwing, etc.) that at all times embody a bottle of rum for the winners. Mickey aka Mickey Mouse and Eddie aka Eddie Murphy run the activities and are hysterical. They may keep you laughing all the day. At evening they have entertainment (dancing, singing, fire respiratory, magic show, and many others) in the love bar with an open floor and DJ after for the late night.
My wife and I stayed within the fortress, yes it's a castle. Our view of the ocean was beautiful. It's on one aspect of the resort, so if you do not really feel like strolling at evening to and from totally different restaurants, they are going to pick you up at no cost in a golf cart. At first, we had been a bit of apprehensive because there weren't many company, but the 2nd day we met 6 extra honeymoon couples and had a blast. Everyone there had an excellent time. Weather was 85 and sunny everyday. Rained at some point for 25 minutes, thats it.
If you want to golf, the course is barely 5 minutes away and the lodge will set up free transportation. It is a Jack Nicklaus course on the ocean that the senior PGA Tour holds an event at each year. Unbelievable views and an impressive course.
